The Automated Log Work application have to be notified about status change. We utilize for that post function "Generic Event".Add the "Generic Event" post function to you workflow transition in order to start/stop timers.JIRA events.
If there is a custom build post function make sure that it generates one of the following events type:
- Issue Closed
- Issue Resolved
- Issue Reopened
- Issue Work Stopped
- Issue Updated (assignee is null)
- Generic Event (status is not in progress)
- Issue Assigned (assignee is null)
