Clear Remaining Estimate when issue is resolved

When you wan to clear remaining estimate for each issue that is resolved

Setup clearing remaining estimate for an issue

Simply go to Administration->Addons->Log Work Utilities
Click "Configure" button
Set "Clear remaining Estimate"
Click "Save" button

Remaining estimate will be cleared for all projects
