List all timers and remove timer in Automated Log Work Cloud
In some cases user need to delete timer without login work time.
User can remove only it's timers but "administrators" group member can remove any timer.
Users' active issues list
Go to: User's Profile-> My Active Issues
List of timers for current user only.
Project's active issues list
Go to: Project -> Active issues
List contains all started timers for a project.
User can remove only it's timer unless he is an "project admin"
