Automated Work Log - Reports - NextGen Projects Permissions/Roles

NextGen projects

In NextGen projects new role have to be configured to enable special report permissions:

  • Access All Worklogs in Automated Log Work Reports

  • Log Work on behalf other user in Automated Log Work application

Create new role

  1. Navigate to Project->Project Settings->Access

  2. Click Manage Roles

  3. Click Create role

 

  1. Add name and description for the role like Team Worklog Reports

  2. Click App permissions tab

  3. Select application necessary permissions: Access All Worklogs in Automated Log Work Reports, Log Work on behalf other user in Automated Log Work application

  4. Assign People/Groups

  5. Click Create

 

Assign new role to members to permissions be effective
