Problem

No log work data is present for selected project or report shows message “No data found for the given parameters” even work log data exists

Solution

  1. Missing Time Tracking field on View Issue screen

  2. Hidden Log Work field in field configuration

 

1. Missing Time Tracking field on View Issue screen

NextGen projects

In Project Settings for each issue type add TimeTracking field to Context fields

Classic projects

For each configured “View issue” screen add “Time Tracking” field

  1. Find all View issue screens

2. Add Time tracking field to each screen

 

2. Hidden Log Work field in field configuration

Classic projects

In Project Settings check field configuration if field Log Work is not hidden
