User "Recurring Task for JIRA" user do not have proper permission set for t project(s)

Add-on Recurring Task for JIRA as user "Recurring Task for JIRA" is creating issues.

All permission have to be checked for "Recurring Task for JIRA" user

    2. Click on selected project
    3. On left panel click "Screens"
    4. Click on screen link in "Create Issue" row (check for each issue type)
    5. Check if screen contains "Reporter" field"

  4. Edit workflow. Select pen icon on the right in "Operations" table column
  5. Click "Diagram" to switch to diagram.
